Our Philosophy & Method

Our philosophy is not to solve a problem but to equip leaders with the tools necessary to solve the problems themselves.

We believe in empowering people to ensure positive lasting change in leadership behaviors. We teach managers a stakeholder-centered change process to develop new skills to improve their leadership effectiveness.

Our 4-Phase Leadership Behavior Change Approach

1) Assessment & Diagnostic Phase

The coach will interview the client, his manager/boss, and pre-selected co-workers (up to 12 stakeholders), and provide a feedback summary report describing the client’s perceived strengths and areas for improvement.

2) Development Plan

Based on the confidential feedback report, the coach, the client and his or her superior will reach agreement on key leadership behaviors to change and select the key stakeholders who will be in a position to evaluate behavioral change and increased effectiveness.

3) Follow-Up & Change

The coach will follow-up with the client and his key stakeholders on a regular basis to facilitate a process of improvement and positive change in key leadership behaviors. The coach will meet with the client, as well as with key stakeholders.

4) Measure

A mini-survey will be used to document positive behavioral change after 6 and 12 months. The client will also be evaluated by his stakeholders in terms of overall increased effectiveness as a leader.

Christ Lofaso

“On multiple occasions, Simon has produced excellent leadership coaching results for our organization. His approach has been both consistent and thoughtful. Upfront, he will invest the time necessary to understand the business issue. He also gathers data to identify any hidden challenges. He then establishes metrics to ensure accountability for his results. On every occasion, Simon has hit the mark. As a bonus, he is an outstanding human being and a pleasure to work with. I recommend Simon wholeheartedly.”
