I heard about you through Mario Ferrari but didn&#039;t realize that you had already visited Peru! =) I&#039;m a Canadian expat living in the Central Andes, so I can completely relate to your mountain biking adventure although trekking is more popular here. =)

I especially loved the reflections you had at the end of your post. Right now, I&#039;ve been working on clarifying my goals with my business, so that I can be a more effective leader too! =)</description>
